There is something special about an event that fills its exhibit hall before the doors even open. It signals enthusiasm, strong industry support and, perhaps most importantly, a community that is ready to come together. And thanks to all of you, that'll be happening.

The 32nd Annual NYS Highway & Public Works Expo is set for Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, at the NYS Fairgrounds Expo Center in Syracuse. Indoor exhibit space is officially sold out, making this one of the most highly anticipated Expos yet.

A big thank you goes to the exhibitors who committed early and helped make the indoor sellout possible. Their participation is a testament to the importance of bringing highway, public works and municipal professionals together with the companies that provide the equipment, products and services they depend on every day.

For those who missed out on indoor space, there is still an opportunity to participate. Outdoor exhibit space remains available, with options and pricing tailored to exhibitors' needs. Of course, the Expo isn't just about exhibits. This year's attendee experience includes some exciting new features and giveaways.

All registered attendees will automatically be entered for a chance to win two tickets to a Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets game at the new Highmark Stadium or two tickets and pit passes to the Watkins Glen NASCAR race.

And new this year is the Cash Booth Giveaway. From noon to 1:30 p.m., a lucky attendee will be selected every 30 minutes to step inside the Cash Booth and grab cash, gift cards and special giveaways supplied by participating exhibitors. It's a simple concept, but one that promises to bring plenty of energy to the afternoon.

Another important part of the day is lunch. Thanks to the generous support of our Lunch Sponsors, attendees can enjoy a complimentary Chick-fil-A lunch. With the indoor floor sold out, the countdown is clearly on.
